Administration of Tax Bills:
We can manage your company’s real estate tax bills – starting with the receipt to evaluation / tracking / maintaining to transmitting payments to the taxing authority – so you will not have to be concerned about inaccurate, missing or late payments.

Appeal Evaluation:
Our staff will thoroughly analyze cost, market, the condition of your property, the accuracy of the assessing authority’s records, and income information in addition to the unique characteristics of your property(ies) to determine if your property is assessed at the fair market value.  The results will be presented to you to decide whether or not to appeal the taxable value. Should you decide to appeal, we will assist you to set a target valuation. During the appeal process we will keep you updated so that you are always part of the process.

Appeal Services:
Our staff will prepare the case, complete and file your appeal and represent you before any informal or formal administrate panels or boards. Throughout the appeal process our staff will communicate with you to preserve your appeal rights beyond the administrative level. As necessary, we will recommend the engagement of appraisal professionals to support your case.

Pre-Acquisition Reports:
Our team will provide your company with an assessment and tax history of potential acquisition. Using our local market knowledge, we will then provide future estimates that consider the potential acquisition prices. You can be comfortable knowing that the real estate tax component of your acquisitions have been researched and analyzed.
